Overview and Milestones   OrasInvest was established in 1998 to offer specialized telecom and business services to the Egyptian and international market. It holds currently under its umbrella, First Service, the leading provider of various fully integrated business solutions in Egypt, and MobiServe with expertise in telecommunication and construction industries. OrasInvest operates also under the names of Servitec, Conserve, Collect and Contra. At the end of 2006, we proved our continuous and cumulative success by increasing our revenue in parallel to the expansion in services portfolio and headcount. OrasInvest is 100% owned by the giant Orascom Telecom (OT). Top        Milestones: 1998: OrasInvest was established. 2001: OrasInvest established its offices in Algeria. 2003: OrasInvest established its office in Pakistan. 2003: Acquisition of 100% of OrasInvest shares by Orascom Telecom. 2004: OrasInvest opened a new office building for First Service in 6Th of October. 2004: OrasInvest established its office in Bangladesh. 2005: Acquisition of Contra, a leading general contracting company. 2005: OrasInvest launch the new telecom components manufacturing facility in 6th of October. 2006: OrasInvest established its office in Dubai. 2006: Acquisition of Egyptian Satellites Company (ESC) 2006: OrasInvest establish its office in Iraq. 2006: First service added the CD burning service (Many to many) to its portfolio to be the only                 provider of this service in Egypt.
