MobiServe's Operations and Maintenance Department provides high quality maintenance services to ensure that our clients' operations are achieved at optimal levels. MobiServe has the expertise to quickly set up satellite offices to geographically respond and cover its clients' growing needs. The scope of work of the department covers: preventive & corrective maintenance for all GSM sites BTS, BSC & MSC as well as optical fiber cable in order to remedy for existing & potential faults..
 Some of the Operations and Maintenance activities are:
Level 1 radio maintenance:
for all types of BTS, BSC & MW equipment.
Level 2 & 3 maintenance:
specific equipment.
Environment maintenance:
for all types of air-conditions (split & central), fire alarms, fire fighting systems, power systems, UPS and rectifier systems.
Generator maintenance:
for diesel engines, alternators and ATS control boards in addition to generator fuelling.
Optical fiber cable maintenance:
excavation work, fault rectification, cable splicing and preventive maintenance.
