Job Title: Procurement Coordinator

Job description:
- Negotiating the lowest prices with suppliers/FFs.
- Prepares purchase ordrs.
- Payment requests.
- Follow up Pos & Shipments.
- Verifies deliveries & invoices against purchase orders/service orders.
- Assest in preparing supplying & freight charges offers.


Knowledge & Experience:
- s/he must possess excellent oral and written communication, organizational and computer skills,
  also function well in a team environment and have the ability to work well under pressure, work
  independently, learn regulations and procedures.
- Has the ability to listen and ascertain the needs
  of requester/supplier, ability to find and communicate accurate info. concerning process,
  policies & procedures to requester/supplier.
- Has the ability to negotiate with supplier/services providers

Job Title: PMO Coordinator

Job description:
- Answers and tracks requests for assistance from project management community.
- Regular and ad hoc reporting.
- Review of PMO project status reports.
- Manage the PMO portal and ensure proper communication with PMO Stakeholders.
- Constructs the monthly forecast and work plan report.
- Document management.
- Acquiring the ability to use Project management software (MS Project).
- PMO data repository processing and integrity.
- Coordination with IT in Tool maintenance and data backups.
- Organizing and facilitating the project brainstorming sessions.
- Identify –with the team- the project's preventive and recommended measures.
- Collecting the project lessons learnt upon the closing.
- Collecting the data necessary to update the project's schedule.
- Archiving the entire project’s document such as PM Plans, correspondences and other documents/Index.
- Other responsibilities could be assigned.

Knowledge & Experience:
- Minimum B.Sc. or equivalent in Business or IT.
- Excellent written and spoken Arabic and English.
- Good command of French Language is preferable.
- Minimum 2 years experience.
- Experience & Knowledge of Telecommunications Network & Services.
- Research, Analytical & Problem Solving Skills.
- Communication, Negotiating & Interpersonal Skills.
- Should have primary grasp of PMI PMBOK® fundamentals, creativity and diplomacy.
- Project management fundamentals training is an asset.
- High interpersonal skills, and consultative in nature.
