Job Title: Manufacturing Operation Manager
Code: MOM
Job description:
- Manage and be accountable for all Plant Operations covering Production, Maintenance, Quality and Commercial and Personnel and Administration.
- Follow-up with Commercial team covering Stores and Purchase and that appropriate inventories are maintained.
- Implement Quality as per customers’ requirements and business needs.
- Ensure Despatches take place as per customer orders and priorities specified and meet set targets.
- Supervise Personnel & Admin, Housekeeping and Safety related aspects covering Own and Contract labor to ensure best practices.
- Supervises a direct work force through production supervisors and foremen.
- Ensure all regulatory compliances are adhered to covering Factories Act and other such regulations.
- Maintain appropriate public relations with government authorities.
- Accountable for all Manufacturing activities, including operations, materials quality and engineering.
- Accountable for meeting all required business goals and objectives (tactical & strategic)
- Ensure effective waste reduction plan is in place.
- Accountable for Risk Management for the site.
- Accountable for the quality of product produced on site by ensuring compliance with all applicable Policies, Quality System Procedures, Standard Operating Procedures and Work Instructions.
- Ensure that factory operations achieve output plans with high levels of scheduled output performance in order to ensure that all markets achieve required customer service
- Accountable for the efficient delivery of Finished Goods to the appropriate Logistics Centre as well as sufficient inventory/stock coverage to manage customer demands down-stream in the supply-chain.
- Ensure that good industrial relations environment is maintained whilst ensuring change is continuously and effectively implemented.
- solve any problem clogged production flow.

Knowledge & Experience:
- 9-11 years of experience.
- relevant experience required preferably from industrial background.
- Excellent written and spoken Arabic and English.
- One of the relevant certificate IS A MUST.
- Strong management and interpersonal skills with proven experience in motivating a diverse technical staff complement.
